Booking Policy for DIY Solar Company Booking and Payment Policy Service Booking: Customers can book a diagnosis service through our website by filling out the service request form. Once the form is submitted, our team will contact the customer within 24 hours to discuss the issue and schedule a visit. Diagnosis Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $500 is required to secure the booking. This fee can be paid via cash, check, or credit card (an additional 2.9% fee applies for credit card payments). The diagnostic fee will be applied towards the repair cost if the customer proceeds with one of our repair options the same day. Payment Methods: Cash or Check: $500 Credit Card: $514.50 (including a 2.9% processing fee) Repair Options: After the diagnosis, our technician will provide same-day repair options, including inverter repairs, panel repairs, general check-ins, or other necessary services. If the customer chooses to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total repair cost. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule their appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the diagnostic fee. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
